The main reasons for inverter overload and troubleshooting methods

Overload is one of the more frequent faults of inverter tripping. Overload faults include variable frequency overload and motor overload, which may be caused by reasons such as too short acceleration time, excessive DC braking, too low grid voltage, and heavy load. Generally, it can be solved by extending the acceleration time, extending the starting time, and checking the grid voltage. I usually see the overload phenomenon, in fact, we should first analyze whether it is the motor overload or the inverter itself. Generally speaking, due to the strong overload capacity of the motor, as long as the motor parameters in the frequency converter parameter table are set properly, the overload is generally unlikely. However, the inverter itself is prone to overload alarm due to its poor overload capacity. We can detect the output voltage of the inverter, the current detection circuit and other easy points to eliminate the faults one by one.
