I. Introduction
The film blowing machine is a kind of equipment that heats and melts plastic particles and blows them into a film. It is mainly composed of two parts: film blowing and winding. The function of the winding part is to wind the blown film into a roll, and make the rolled film flat and wrinkle-free, the curling edge is neat, and the film on the reel should be moderately tight to prevent stretching and deformation of the film and ensure quality. Therefore, constant tension control must be used when winding. At present, torque motors are mainly used in the industry to achieve the above-mentioned control, but there are disadvantages that manual adjustment is required during use, and the operation is inconvenient. The torque motor generates high heat during long-term operation, and its controller is easily damaged and has low reliability. . This article intends to use the Pinier inverter to introduce a constant tension control system for film blowing machine winding, which can significantly improve the ease of operation and reliability of the equipment while ensuring the winding process.
2. Introduction of film blowing machine winding process
1. Constant tension must be maintained during the entire winding process, and no manual adjustment is required;
2. When the empty roll is started, the tension can not be too high to prevent the film from wrinkling, and the tension should not be too small when the full roll is running to prevent the film from being too loose;
3. The system responds sensitively, and can be adjusted quickly according to the changes of the previous speed and tension during acceleration and deceleration to ensure constant tension;
4. It is required to quantify the tension, that is, the tension can be set according to the technological requirements of different film production.
Three, program introduction
The constant tension control of the winding is to set the tension required by the system for winding and the empty and full coil diameters to the tension card according to the process. The tension card calculates the current winding diameter according to the running linear speed, and then obtains the required winding diameter. The torque is given to the inverter, and the inverter performs torque control. During the winding process, the system can automatically calculate the current winding diameter in real time to ensure the constant winding tension. At the same time, the setting of the tension taper of the system can make the material crimp better.
The winding frequency converter adopts the closed loop vector mode, and the tension is given by the analog potentiometer (the analog input terminal AI1 of the winding frequency converter), and the linear speed is connected to the AI2 of the winding frequency converter from the AO1 analog output terminal of the traction frequency converter (4~ 20mA).
When the system is running, according to the current line speed, operating frequency, tension and tension taper and other parameter settings, the roll diameter is automatically calculated and the output torque is adjusted in real time to ensure the constant film tension during the winding process.
