What are the daily maintenance guidelines for inverters

:Guidelines for daily maintenance of frequency converters:

    1. Operating data record and fault record: Record the operating data of the inverter and the motor every day, including the inverter output frequency, output current, output voltage, internal DC voltage of the inverter, radiator temperature and other parameters, and compare them with reasonable data. To facilitate early detection of hidden troubles. If the inverter trips due to a fault, be sure to record the fault code and the operating conditions of the inverter at the time of the trip to analyze the cause of the fault.

    2. Daily inspection of the inverter: once every two weeks, check and record the output three-phase voltage of the inverter in operation, and pay attention to comparing the balance between them; check and record the three-phase output current of the inverter, and pay attention to comparing them Check and record the ambient temperature and radiator temperature; check whether the inverter has abnormal vibration, noise, and whether the fan is running normally.

    3. Inverter maintenance: Each inverter shall be cleaned and maintained once every quarter. The maintenance should remove the dust and dirt inside the inverter and the air duct, and wipe the surface of the inverter; keep the surface of the inverter clean and bright; while maintaining, carefully check the inverter to see if there is any heat or discoloration in the inverter Whether there is cracking in the cement resistance, whether the electrolytic capacitor has expansion, leakage, and protruding explosion-proof holes, whether there is any abnormality in the PCB board, and whether there is a hot yellow spot. After the maintenance, the parameters and wiring of the inverter should be restored, and the power should be turned on, and the motor should work at a low frequency of 3Hz for about 1 minute to ensure that the inverter works normally.

The above content is organized based on the problems encountered by the students in actual work for reference. If you have any problems, please communicate and correct them in time.
