Application of Robin Kang frequency converter in water system
Paper machine is a big water consumer, including white water system, sewage system, sealed water system, sprinkler system, clean water system, etc. Normally, it needs to use pipe network constant pressure water supply, but traditional pressure control is through bypass and The control valve is used, and the frequency converter is rarely used. However, due to the general lack of domestic water resources in China, the application of frequency converters will save 10% of water and 30% of energy, which will inevitably reduce the daily operating costs of paper mills.
Inverter used in water system usually has two modes: frequency conversion fixed mode and frequency conversion cycle mode.
(1) Frequency conversion fixed method
The frequency converter output fixedly controls one pump while the other pumps are directly powered by the power frequency grid, and their start and stop signals are logically controlled by PLC;
(2) Frequency conversion cycle mode
The frequency converter drives the pumps in turn in a certain order. The frequency converter can automatically determine the number of running pumps (within the set range) according to the pressure closed-loop control requirements, and only one pump is driven by the frequency conversion at the same time. When the pump driven by the frequency converter runs to the set upper limit frequency and the pump needs to be increased, the frequency converter switches the pump to industrial frequency operation and drives another pump to frequency conversion operation.
